With CSS, cascading style sheets, you’ll be giving a style to your pages. When you need a bigger font, place that table a little more to the left, or change the color of your title, you will revert to CSS. It is part of the web and these days no serious webmaster can do without knowledge of some CSS essentials. At least not one that likes to have total control over his website.
When used correctly, it gives a lot of power to your webpage. It is flexible and makes your visual layout easy to maintain when seperated completely from form.It is indeed possible with CSS to alter the look of your page completely without touching one element of HTML.
